I am looking for a game that I played a long time ago. I think it is a MS-DOS game but I am not sure. All I know is that it is a scary type game. The way you play is by collecting items and keys. To get or do anything you have to type in a command like "Open door with key." There is a science lab in the game with a character named Igor. At the beginning you are outside. That is all I know, so if someone could help that would be great. I pretty much just want to know the name of the game but a link to it would be a great help.

it's not maniac mansion but you do have to enter a house

The game is called Hugo's house of horrors, but I'm not sure where you could get it there are 2 other Hugo games, one of them takes place in a jungle and the other in a house, but the one you want is Hugo's house of horrors.

Could you be referring to "Maniac Mansion"? I know it was a Nintendo game, but I think it was PC before that.
