Being a woman, I am against it. I have a hard time watching women report sports, much less coach a male sport. It took forever to give a black coach any respect, how long do you think it would take to give a female coach respect?

No, there are many other things women can do, Leave the football for the guys. I am not saying that they wouldn't be able to do it, but it should be a man doing the coaching.

I'm all for it. I think it's great that females are doing stuff that men can do. We can do the same stuff that men can do. I mean it's the 21st century and more women are going to work and working then they used to do. There's rarely ones that stay home and be a house wife today.

If they qualify, why not?

I'm still waiting for a decent female NFL broadcaster. The ones they have are just window dressing, and don't show any kind of insight to the game.

A good coach in any sport has to have played the game.

If they are qualified, sure. But there are no women coaching NCAA football (that I know of), so I do not know where a qualified candidate would come from.

Only for an all woman's team... I doubt the NFL will ever sanction an all female league though !

Yes.... seeing how it's a guy's sport. I hope women don't come along and screw up football and create a "Woman's Football League" like they did for soccer & basketball.... why can't they come up with their OWN sport instead of trying to do what us guys have been doing for decades?
