Load up on Vitamin C the natural Organic way. Eat raw oranges, antioxidants are also needed much on some Berries and sort will work. But feeding you body what it needs to fight it is the best way for you and then you will be ready to fight next time and won't get sick if you continue to eat this way... Good Luck... If it is Flu than it will go itself. Simply one has to take care of secondary symptoms ie headache body ache fever etc. Take Paracetamol with antihistamine 6 hrly.

just rest...and stay by the toilet...i had the flu about a month ago and i was throwing up for about 7 hours...i did loose 11 lbs tho lol
