I do hope you mean ugly in personality, not in appearance because everyone must keep in mind that they will not stay young and good looking forever. Life, age, gravity change all of that, but if you mean she is bothering you than you should try to discuss this with her in a adult fashion and be honest that you do not wish to be a friend or and acquaintance and want her to leave you alone. If she does not you can have a restraining order issued to keep her away which if not adhered to can land her in Jail.

If she is physically ugly and you are wanting her to go away because she makes you look bad then let me tell you something, you will appear to others as being even more uglier than her, no matter what your physical appearance is like. It never hurts to have a wide variety of friends, just think about, if you are nice to her now, when you both grow up and she is a successful doctor/scientist etcetc you may just want to be even friendlier with her then!
