It is a set of digits. Your question has very many possible interpretations.
Is it supposed to be 17 + 1/7 and you want to know what the decimal value is?
is it really that you have no calculator and you want to know how much 171 divided by 7 is?
Since you have a computer just go to the calculator function under the Start/Programs/Accessories/Calculator
