You must of been watching the Twilight Zone when you were little, or maybe you saw cartoons where someone shined a flashlight in a ear, and it came out on the other side.
The ear has a membrane over it which is called the eardrum that keeps insects out. Also, the opening into the middle ear would be too small for an insect to enter.

What type of ant are You suggesting? Fire? Soldier? Argentine? One of the flesh eating varieties from either Africa or South America would have no trouble in boring into Your ear drum. But whether or not it could survive the journey in open to debate. People forget that insects actually do eat Humans. Ask a Forensic Entomologist to confirm this for You.

No, the tissues are to strong for an ant to penetrate and there is hard bone between the ear and the brain.

It could be possible. The only experiance I've had with that is that one time an ant got into my ex-wifes ear. He died is a short period of time. Guess there was nothing there to eat.

No, it would probably get stuck in your ear wax before it got too far anyway. But even if it could go in as far as it could, it would never make it to your brain.

No. It would probably come out through your mouth or more likely would drive you so crazy that you'd have it removed.
