I start my day almost every morning with a good run. And that definately helps me function for the better part of my day. But Ive also found that if I do a short run like 2 miles or under (or ride my bike for a few miles or any cardiovascular for a short period of time), I sleep LIKE A FLIPPIN BABY!!!!! I LOVE the sleep I get after that!! But not to close to bed time..if I run about 5 im good for bed aroun 9 or 10...Im tellin you its the best sleep aid there is..
Oh..and AMEN patches, I second that about that awful movie!!
