Every time I put a dvd in it saids Windows Media Player cannot play the DVD because a compatible DVD decoder is not installed on your computer.
I have watched a movie on it before.I dont know what the proplem .Does anybody know what it could be?

Yes my question is on burning but since I cant burn my video I recorded with my new camcoder.My soft ware working on my computer therefore I was thinking it was the DVD player not working.SO i put a couple movies in and it said what it said.SO that is my real proplem I got this camcorder and video tape AND now cant get it on a DvD......WHY ME?

My computer has where it can play cd and dvd .....SAIDS it right on the computer it self........ANd no im not putting a blank dvd in cuz the games come up on my computer screen just not the video.....Example u know how movies (dvd)can have extra features....

Windows Media Player cannot play a DVD you bought at a store unless you install a DVD decoder. Maybe you used a different program the last time like Nero.

Based on the error message it appears you're just trying to play a blank DVD. What DVD burning software are you using and does your DVD Player have burning capability?

ur question was on burning right?
here are programs for burning clone dvd2, dvd shrink, any dvd breaks the codes so u that. check out slysoft.com
