hmm...well i would go with like a cute wedge or something...that's what i wore...and they work good plus they are cute...don't go with a skinny heel or anything...try to get a wider heel..good luck

wider heels first, or wedges... if you've never worn a heel, starting with 1 or 1 1/2 inches would be good... if you have tried heels before though minimal, 2 inches is a good start since it's the mid-height--not too low nor high :) gd luck wearing them, but remember not to wear it if you're late or if you'll be walking a lot (you can only do these after you've gotten your new heels well-seasoned and are comfortable walking in them).

Start with a small 1 to 1.5 inches and then work your way up. Use thicker heels for safety, ex. wedge, thick boot heels, etc..

When you've mastered the height, then perhaps master the thinness of the heel, eventually ending up with the stiletto (very dangerous).

Do be mindful of side walk cracks and steps. I've seen many women take a spill walking downtown while wearing stilettos on sidewalk cracks.

Start out with a wider hell about 1 to 1 and a half inches. Don't try the 3 inch heels yet. Good luck and be careful.

wide ones, or sandals with the tiny heels on 'em.
