Science help please on Mechanical Waves.?

Okay my science teacher is an idiot. Can anyone explain to me Mechanical Waves and sound waves and stuff involving waves because I'm confused.

Man, there's too much to explain there. Buy a good text book that explains things simply.

About your teacher....funny!!!!!!

In school, you'll find that some teachers suck and it will be up to you to buy a good book to read. Also, tell the authorities if the teachers suck.
