I am not sure that I am pregnant...but I do kick boxing every Thursday, would it be okay for me to do it if I am pregnant or should I quit till I know for sure?

Oh, I'm sorry, I mean just training, I wouldn't actually do the fights right now...just the training alone..

The training should be fine, as long as it is non-contact. And don't go holding punchbags etc while other people kick them.
The main rule with exercise during the first trimester, is don't get too hot, so just take it a bit easy and drink plenty of water.
I exercised during the whole of my first trimester, felt great and only gained 4 pounds in the first 4 months.

I would say quit until you find out. And don't do it if you are. Training can be hard on the body. You can easily pull muscles and such when you're pregnant, and your uterus would be jumping around if you were kicking. I just don't recommend it at all. You could do it maybe in early pregnancy if you took a lot of breaks, and drink lots of fluids.. but somewhere between 12-16 weeks as your uterus starts to grow, I wouldn't continue it.

So long as you are the kicker and not the kickee it would be fine. IE training not fighting

Also as your pregnancy progresses remember you centre of balance will shift and that your joints will become loose. But until you are 5 or 6 months I can't see a problem, and as long thereafter as you feel comfortable.

Well as long you dont have a fight and you are just training i dont think it would be a harm but if you r havin fights that kicking is not good esp not in the belly. Be sure to know if you are before you put your baby in any harm...

no, you are fine. exercise is a good thing, pregnant or not. if you are indeed pregnant, at some point it might become stressful for your body, then you may need to stop, or tone it down. in most cases though, you can do the same things you did before you were pregnant.

Definatley quit until you're sure. You wouldn't want an accidental kick to the stomach

I don't think being kicked in the stomach is healthy for your baby... I could be wrong... I dont have a degree in it or anything but common sense would say no....

Kick boxing is high impact so i would say no. But you should ask your doctor once you confirm your pregnancy.

Hell no! Cause if you get kicked you can kill the baby. You are stupid for asking this question.

I wouldn't! What you want to shake that baby from your body?
Until you know for sure it would be wise not to go. Try yoga for a change!
