We're a nation of insomniacs. Or at least tonight I am, it is 05.10am and I can't sleep a wink. Wide awake and I have been on line a few hours now. Starting to tire and will grab some sleep soon.

I'm too scared to go to sleep in case I die and I'm being serious, 23 years ago I had a heart valve replacement op and have always worried about how long it is supposed to last for as most people who have heart surgery are getting on in years and recently I've started having panic attacks because I think I'm going to die and can't sleep until I literally fall to sleep!
So to answer your question, having a panic attack!

Insomnia is a terrible thing.
Especially when you have to be up to run a store in 3 hours time...
