No, it just means that you know what you want and don't want out of life. Some people just are not meant to be parents. The fact that you have insight as to what you want to have for future goals shows that you have given your life alot of thought...It takes a smart man to not have kids if they don't want them rather than a man who doesn't want kids and gets alot of women pregnant anyway without the intention of supporting them.

Absolutely not. I think it's great that you know what you want and don't end up with children that you might not want or be able to care for. Anyone that has kids can tell you that your life will never be the same again. They become the focus of your life and if you can't give 100% of your time, money, and energy to that then it's a good choice not to do it.

Absolutely not. You are your own person. If you do not want to perform genetic material distribution and create YET ANOTHER human being on this already crowded planet then it is your choice. If anything you are more of a man for stating your intentions for not wanting a kid.
Drive on brother. Quite frankly I think this country (USA, just inc ase you are not American) should make some serious laws dealing with these people breeding out of control like flies.

why would you feel less of a man if you dont want or have kids?
that doesnt make any sense to me at all.
the question is 'WHY would you want to have kids?' what purpose do kids serve? no, really, what do having kids serve.
in fact, it is my opinion that people who feel the need to have kids are the insecure ones. also, they probably have a sense of false superiority and ego issues.
here is what kids do:
- consume your income. consume in a way there is no benefit to your future or well being. like the saying 'eat you out of house and home'
- require an uncompromising amount of every spare moment of your energy and time. why do you need this? wouldnt you rather take a last minute trip to greece or something. wuldnt you rather go see a movie and not have to worry about finding a babysitter?
- have the ability to get you thrown in jail. kids nowadays i akin to having a untrainable wild animal running the house. i see more and more kids growing up with ZERO discipline due a lot of the part on the permissive nature of the parent and then social pressure to not beat the little brat up the side of the head for misbehaving. i can not believe my eyes when i see kids smashing jars in supermarket aisles only to have their parent ignore it or say in an uncaring tone 'jimmy, please stop doing that' while looking at something else. please? PLEASE the only please i want to hear is the kid screaming 'STOP' when i am beating his AS$ for being a f'ing brat.
- kids are so spoiled nowadays. mow the lawn jimmy! F-U A_hole. jimmy, clean up your room. 'eat SH*T and die'. if i said damn to my dad...i would have gotten a 2x4 to the side of my head.
here are some reasons why people have kids:
- they feel that their own life has been so inadequate...that maybe they can have a second chance out of lower than mediocrity to live vicariously through akid they try and push. football, baseball, advanced academics, musical instruments. i have never met so many genius kids in my life until reacently. every F'ing kid i meet nowadays is a freaking einstein. no one is stupid nowadays. look losers, you were a loser when you are growing up and your seed produced loser kids. get over your little genius'...they are not!!!!!!
- they want to see how their kids will look . what do you get when you get two below average, below average iq people to create children? yep, ugly stupid kids. please read above. if you are a stupid loser in right now...chances are that your children will be also. you can not create genius' esp from stupid genes. yes, you will get the odd super human freek that knows the creation of earth...believe me, it isnt because of YOUR nuturing...it's all of their own doing. true genius' are born and not created.
- the mother and father hate each other and think that bringing another responsibilty into their life will make them love each other. if you have children for this reason. expect to be divorced and your children to hate each of your guts forever.
- trapping. a lot of women get knocked up to trap a guy or milk them for child support money so that they dont have to work.
the list is endless.
basically...having children is a waste of time. believe me, you are not going to contribute anything to the world by having yet another human parasite to infest the eart and rape its resources for the next 80 years. no, i am not a hippie. if you think you might be the one to create the next einstein of the world. i am betting that you wont. and if you were but never got the chance...dont worry, some drunken SL*T will spread her legs for some uneducated loser to plant his seed in her to give birth to the next savior of the world.

I don't think a lot of men *do* want kids (initially). At least your honest. And, lucky for you, you don't have an"expiry date". You could change your mind 20 years from now if you really wanted to.
