All pokemon except legendaries and genderless Pokemon can reproduce with a ditto. Some example pre-evolutions:
Jynx-smoochum
Marril-azuril
Pikachu-Pichu
Wobuffet-Wynaut

Just drop off your pokemon and a ditto in the daycare and come back after awhile and they'll have an egg. Walk for a little bit and it'll hatch into its parent Pokemon
