i spray it about 1 foot in front of myself and walk through it and repeat about 4 times for the full affect.

You could either spray it in front of you then walk through it and you don't have to do this in your bathroom you could spray it in your room too. Or spray it by your neck or collarbone but it depends on how strong the smell is. If its not that strong spray it a couple more times like the other person said on your upper chest and pulse point.

just spray like how can i put it........um.........
to a whole arms length spray it all over your body like 3 times or so see the point of that is so that your body can smell like that not just a section like perfume

you spray it on your pulse that is on your wrist, on your upper chest and that should do it.
