Jars of Clay is good.

Rascal Flatts have a flavor of being a Christian band, but mostly stemming from their being a country act.

Steven Curtis Chapman's band, another country group, dishes out good songs.

Hillsongs Australia and their ministry regularly come out with praise music, but I wouldn't technically call them a "band".
