What team would you move to the East in exchange? Each conference must have 15 teams.

They move because of the Charlotte Bobcats, expanding in 2004, and Chicago and Milwaukee are more East then Memphis or New Orleans.
By the way Hornets maybe in Kansas City or St.Louis for good so they maybe even more West then they are now.
