She is in the next room! What should I do? I cant even sleep at night! HELP!

well 1st of all you need to wake her up and tell her to control herself and if that doesnt work slap her nose off so she cant snore lol well i hope ive helped!!!

Sleep in her room on the floor and make noise every time she snores. Eventually her subconscious will make her sleep on her side. If you don't want to, or she won't let you, knock on the wall every time she snores. If you have to be awake, she has to be awake! Eventually something will work out but you have to be persistent.

Snoring is also often caused by overweight and by sleeping on one's back. So if you could convince her to try sleeping on her side (which is also healthier), lose some weight, maybe do some deep-breathing or meditation or yoga before she goes to sleep, that might help.

Sorry if it seems mean, but it's true.

get those clip strips that help you breathe while you sleep and a funny card bout snoring she will be hopefully willing to put them on

get one of those nose snoring strip things and put it on her while she sleeps.....i heard they are really supposed to work.....or get ear plugs for yourself....good luck!!!

partially wake her up, like go 'tut' like suck your teeth a few times and make some little noises it takes them out of their deep sleep

Take her to the ear nose and throat specialist, she may have a deviated septum.

Go to sleep before she does. If not just give her a good elbow to the rib cage...that should do it.

Get those things that stick on your nose and hold open the nostrils,I've heard they work !!
