No. Just 5 times a week to get more muscular and 3 times a week to maintain your shape. And keep track of your diet. (not alot of McDonald's fries)

No it's not...but it also depends on the person. Getting at least 30 minutes of cardio, 3 times a week will keep you in good shape. Doing some weight lifting on top of that is good too. But it does not have to be done every day.

If you do work out 4-7 times a week, work your upper body one day and your lower body the next. Give your body time to recover.

No, many believe working out every other day is better, that way if you lift weights, you should let them rest one day between workouts, also this prevents injury from repetitive movements, fatigue, so that if you work out every other day, your muscles are rested and you can work longer, and harder, getting better results.

I work out everyday except Sunday.
I feel great and my husband said I am very well proportioned.
