Ok i am stupid here what is EIC??? Okay hubby just told me what it was and i think you make too much.. However ask the person who does your taxes first and see what they say about it!

no the 50k is over the limit to qualify for the EIC

.Sorry, thought you meant WIC. I believe income limit for a family of four for EIC is in the mid 30,000's.

No, because the cut off for eic is around 33,000, so nope.

Go to taxact.com and download their free software. It will tell you if you qualify, check your return and fill out the forms and print them. Or spend a bunch of money. Whatever you like to do.

The earned income credit is for low income families. I have five kids and make about that much and we don't qualify....
