I mean like if you have been terminated from your previous jobs due to performance issues and not meeting expectations.. ? It seems that it is not very common for one to be terminated, is that right? Most people don't get terminated unless they are being laid off. Is that right?

But the thing is, if I don't like my job, I could have quitted. But, usually, it's the employer that terminated me instead of me quitting.

Do people really go through 30+ jobs to find one that last long??

For my previous 2 terminations, it was due to miscommunication and not aware that there were certain production requirements to be met and then it was too late by the time you were made aware of that. What do you think about that? One came as a surprise as there were no warnings or anything beforehand and it wasn't something I had done majorly wrong. Another was due to some kind of tension with the other people in the office.

What if the lack of proper English usage was due to not feeling well psychologically because you don't feel psychologically comfortable with your neighbours and bothered by them but really hate the hassles of moving and having to move?

Plenty of people have been fired, you just don't hear about it because they usually lie about it both to friends (due to embarrassment) and future employers - and rightfully so, they should. When a future potential employer does a prior employment verification, most HR departments will offer nothing more than dates of employment, as they risk exposing themselves to unnecessary liability if they say anything else.

That all depends on the person and the jobs. Personally, I am 36 years old and have had more jobs than I can count. The reason? It took me many years and many jobs to match my strengths to the appropriate jobs. I felt like a failure when I would have a high paying job that I either lost due to failure to do a good job, or quit because I was overwhelmed and feeling like a failure. I am a mentally disorganized person, therefore, a job dealing with numbers, precision, and high organization, I won't do well at unless I become alot more disciplined than I naturally am. The perfect job for me turned out to be a Medical Assistant. Not the kind in an office, too structured, but I visit patients in their homes and work with them one on one. This provides freedom for me, and enough of a variety that I don't get bored and give up. I have come to accept my strenghths and weaknesses, I am a people person. Focus on your strong points and try to find a job that will help you be successful. Don't be too down about it, many people take a long time in finding the right job for their personality and situation. Good luck!

In today's standard English, double negatives are not used, many work place failures can be cited due to a lack of proper English usage.

Simply put, you believe that things or people make you unhappy, but this is not accurate. You make yourself unhappy because of the thoughts that you have about the people or the events in your life. It’s not people or events that make you unhappy, it’s what you choose to think about those persons or events. You alone control what enters into your head as a thought. If you don’t believe this, just answer this question, “ If you don’t control your thoughts who does?”
You have the power to think whatever you choose to let into your head If something just “pops” into your head you choose to put it there, though you may not know why, you still have the power to make it go away. Your feelings come from your thoughts. You can’t have a feeling without first having a thought.
If you can control your thoughts then you can control your feelings.

Just the fact that you are questioning yourself is a good start. We have all gone through lots of jobs. If you try to be a good employee and you learn from your mistakes, you will find a job that works for you. It takes time. Good Luck.

there are plenty of drop outs that either don't want to or cannot be bothered to work. None of us like it, we all have to do it.
