I've noticed that no matter what color the house, it'll have a red door. Why is that?

Red is the color for Good Luck.

A red door regulates and attracts the inflow and outflow of good fortune and blessings.

So many homes are stark white.
The owners might want to make their home different from all the copy cats houses on the block and paint their front door bright red to be original.

I have always heard that red doors are a symbol of wealth & hospitality inside the house.

Well first of all not all houses have Red doors, but I will state this with total knowledge.

A Red door is a "welcoming" door/entry to the home beyond the door.
