No. George Bosh is not a war criminal.
And nobody with an IQ higher than three believes the now discredited survey of civilians deaths published in The Lancet because the reputable NEJM refuted the sampling method used.
You of course know he killed no PW and Saddam Hussain was executed by the Iraqi Government.
But please before giving us any more learn to spell properly. And after learning to spell please present facts, not unsubstantiated conjecture. What you believe is not important, what you have proof of is.

This is a question that the US will never allow to be asked.
I would say the actions of the US have indeed been illegal not only within country but outside of it.
The actions of our military while representing our country have indeed broken many international covenants both of Geneva Convention and even under the rules of Occupation set in place by UN and while Bush himself may of not commited the actual crimes by his own hands he did indeed commit them by his words.
It goes without saying no court in any land would ever even try to prosecute an American for war crimes, let alone a UN body that has degenerated into a mere palace of quislings and court jesters to the Security Council members whims.
Within Bush's own country, it is well known and documented that he broke many of our existing laws but his backers have so much power no one dares bring them before a judicial proceedings.
War crimes are for the oppressed, while the Euro centric nations living in luxury wilol play mind games and sing high praises but do not havae the couragee to endanger themselves economicly or miitarily against US activitys.
Activitys of which many of their economics depends, yet they conveniently forget.
Sorry but asking if Bush committed war crimes means over 300,000,000 people in United States are just as guity as we have elected him to lead us and as our ruler his word is supreme.

I think a specific case can be made for a criminal component of the conduct of the current US war in Iraq: the apparently willful decision in 2003 not to provide security to the civilian population, which under the laws of war is the fundamental duty of any occupying power. Rumsfeld's famous dismissal of the early looting and violence in Baghdad as "stuff happens" is indicative of the mindset of the enitre Administration in this regard. And, in this case, the Bush Administration sowed the wind and is reaping the whirlwind.
But I don't think there's any broader case, such as purported mistreatment of prisoners of war, which reflect breakdowns in military discipline and order rather than systematic policy.
As for Saddam's execution, that was carried out (ineptly) by what passes for the duly consituted government of Iraq.
The biggest crime of George Bush and his Administration in the conduct of the war has been incompetence.

No he is not, you have to be tried and convicted to be a war criminal, just wait until after the trial and then we can say yes he is a war criminal, you can call him corrupt though and you would be right about that.
