Actually there IS an answer to THIS question. Sorta:
In an experiment done, like, 35 years ago they strapped goggles on convicts that turned their 'worlds upside down'. They were dizzy, nauseous and bumped into walls, but after a few weeks their brains compensated and eventually saw things as 'normal'. Then, the goggles came off and the same thing happened. Eventually.
But still leaves your interesting Q hanging.
My answer? . . . damned if I know!
As usual.
Thanks a lot, Ms. Smarty Chaps!

If you have eye surgery, and the right training with a good dyslexia teacher, you can.
