Love the dress!
I would actually say no necklace. The neckline on that dress should hold enough attention without adding a necklace. I'd love to see white jewelry with it--like pearl earrings and bracelet. Or even silver chandalier earrings with a silver gemstone bracelet and silver rings.
Of course, that would be a problem with brown or bronze shoes. If you're going to go bronze (I would suggest silver personally, but that's ok), then stay in that family for the jewelry. I still wouldn't wear a necklace, but earrings and an eye-catching bracelet would still work to tie in the shoes. Of the ones you mentioned, I'd wear the Madded peep toes.
And, down and wavy sounds lovely for you hair.

You should definitely wear the gold Steve madden shoes. If you want to bring out the shoes even more I suggest you wear gold jewelery like a thick gold necklace and shingles and maybe you should consider a small strapless purse. If you wanted to focus more on the dress than I would consider a gold necklace that contains large blue gems and just a gold bracelet or shingles. Definitely keep your hair up to keep focus on the dress. It's not a good idea to put in detail two things at once.

I would suggest the brown bow flats, as bronze will actually clash with the dress.
You don't mention what color your hair is, so that's a little difficult to help with. If it's brown, then it will go well to balance out, head and toe, with the color of the shoes. I would then suggest wearing it down, and wavy.
If it is blonde, I would suggest wearing it up in a simple, loose, twist, with tendrils.
If you are going somewhere special, like maybe a dance, or dinner, than I would suggest a necklace and minimal, simple, stud earings. You could also wear a very thin bracelet, or a watch.
Do not mix gold tones with silver tones however, as this will ruin the whole look.
Most importantly, don't forget your smile, because you will look HOT!

Love the dress. When I see it, it reminds me of a very innocent elegant. Id wear my hair in loose low ponytails on my shoulders. The neck of the dress is very busy, and with you hair like that, no necklace is needed. The shoe link didnt work, but I would go with a pair of medium heels, brown leather, perhaps the kind that tie up your calf? Id wear pieces of leather around the ponytails to complete the look and wear a simple gold braclet. If you have to wear earrings, go with gold hoops.
Make sure you come back to this question and let us know what you decided!!

You should wear something silver on your neck. Silver looks good with almost any color, but especially this one. Nothing to stringy, just a simple pendant would look nice. or if you have pearls a pearl choker would do the trick.
do the flats with the bow.
it depends on the occasion, but if you're going to be dancing, perhaps some earrings (not hanging ones) would look nice. but if you'll be sitting any bracelet that matches the shoes or necklace would look pretty.
down and wavy would be great. but a french twist would be even better. or even hair pulled back with curls if you can manage it.
GOOD LUCK. =]

Since this dress has frills and a bow at the top I would not where any jewelry on your neck. Long and wavy would be good for your hair ,but i think if you put it in a nice updo with gorgeous earings you would look marvelous! Didnt get a chance to see the shoes, sorry!

I'd say no necklace, since the dress really has a nice neckline you don't want to take away from, maybe go with some chunky bracelets. I'd go with the brown bow flats probably.

i was thinking for hair wavy and a bit loose bun. and some very plain necklace because the neckalce is already very fancy. for example a string of preals or a cahin of gold with a simple pendant and shoes i have to say maybe blue or gold with perhaphs a bow and pumps or stilletoes or open heel sandals or flats

Maybe some hoops. Definitely long cuz of yer hairstyle choice (which I think is perfect). No necklace cuz the bow makes the neckline too busy. Maybe some chunky bracelets instead. Bring another color in; possibly cherry red or bright yellow.
Not sure of shoes cuz your link wouldn't open. Alot of bows going on so maybe the reg. brown bow flats.
have you thought of yer make-up?

that is such a hot dress! ;)
ya wavy har would be good, but if your going for the up-do and earings like someone else commented, then i think the earings should be silver hoops, or golden/bronze danglies w/blue-ish (dress color) beads on it (ya can find some at claires or icing for like 8$ or wutev...
the shoe pic wouldnt come up, but ya some goldish(eairng medal color) flats would be good, or black heels.
you will look great!
