which do you prefer and why? I like tampons but would like other people's opintions

tampons only....i had to wear pads when i was young because my mom thought tampons would kill me....she was kind of dumb, but since i have been 16,17 i have been wearing a tampon.....they are the best and feel the best....i dont have any cramps with them, they are no mess at all and i dont have to worry about it at all......i just put it in and forget about it for the next few hours.....i love them and would never use anything else.

I find that tampons can leak, even when I use the bigger ones, but I hate how wearing a pad can feel like a diaper. But out of the two I would rather sit at home with a pad then deal with a tampon that can be toxic.

Pads at home tampons when out and about.
Tampons are associated with some kind of shock syndrome that can kill you. My Mr. works with a guy who lost one of his daughters to this. Sad really! Most women do not even read the little instructions inside that tell us this...its the really small print.

Pads because you have to make sure not to wear a tampon for more than 8 hours and if you do you could get the disease. If you forget to change yuor pad after 8 hours, Nothing will happen.

I prefer pads, just easier and there's no guess work involved in how long to leave a tampon in....I like simple! lol. if I were more into sports like track, then I'd probably be more apt 2 use tampons.

I like tampons, i feel little wet/messy with pads, plus if u want to be active a tampon is more durable/flexible (if u need to u can wear a tampon with a pantyliner if ur heavy for backup!).... tho thats my thought.

I like tampons because i do sports. ( swimming) so i am used to having one. But when i am out or at school i perfer to use both to be safe. If i am at home pad. Its 50 50

Tampons in the day and while i sleep pads tampons beacause they are lee messy

I like tampons they make me feel really clean But I aslo use a pad!! on heavy days!
