Arnold Schwarzenneger's films from the '80s have some of the cheesiest lines known to mankind.
Example: the movie "Commando".
Arnold, to the air hostess, after just killing the guy sitting next to him in the plane: "Do me a favor, don't disturb my friend, he's dead tired". Now if THAT isn't cheesy, I dont' know what is.

I agree with alwaysmoose's answer and will expand on it to say any lines written by George Lucas in that movie! Or anything said by Jar Jar Binks in any of the pre-quels, blech...
