It depends on the family court's backlog of cases. A judge still has to review the distribution of wealth that the couple has agreed upon to make sure it is approximately equitable. If it is suspiciously one-sided the judge will mediate the case and it will become long and drawn out. If this is not the case, you are really just talking about months if you live in a big city or less if you live in a rural jurisdiction where the courts aren't so busy. You can call the courts and ask what the typical wait time is on the docket before a case goes before a judge.

All depends on the state that you live in. Here in Florida if both parties agree a divorce can be granted in an hour or so depending on if the judge has time in his schedule to hear the case.

Probably about 3 to six months or so i believe but i am not exactly sure.... Ask your attorney as they may know more of a time line. It also depends on the reason for divorce i think. In my case it was only a few weeks because he had abandoned me and they could not find him.
