oh yes i have.....she just would refuse to where her hearing aide. yet she would get complaints from customers and co workers. it was left to me to smooth things over...well a third time a charm for me. i told her to wear it and hear what going at work or stop pouting because you have no clue what people are saying. do i feel bad...a little.

Yes! I had a customer service rep that worked for me, and it didn't make any difference what I said, she would burst into tears. She was very high strung, but I could never tell what exactly set her off. I finally had to ask to be moved, because I felt like I was the cause. Then, it turned out that she did that to everyone. She finally toughened up, but it was a long ordeal.
