If you're talking PS3 exclusive, then it's most likely Metal Gear Solid 4, and I think Final Fantasy XIII should be right behind.
If you're talking about non-PS3 exclusive, I would have to say Assassin's Creed, hands down.

The Most Cool Games that will arrive in a few months are Metal Gear 4 and Gran Turismo HD, hope this helped

nicely, there is loads of PS3 video games i'm watching for, yet my maximum predicted video games for the the remainder of this year are Resistance 2, Fallout 3, and LittleBigPlanet. For next year, that's God of conflict 3 and Killzone 2 being on the right of my checklist.

I have to agree one of the best games that will come out for PS3 is Metal Gear Solid 4 ...
And for xbox 360 It is Halo 3 !!!!!!!
