Yeah, most of the mario games are good, maybe get some of the brain games, like brain age, or big brain academy, those are great and very good for you. I also like animal crossing. Maybe get a sports game? I have never tried one, but it can't be that bad.

Animal Crossing Wild World-it has animals in it and you're the only human. You interact with neighbors, make friends, buy stuff for your house and upgrade it etc.
Brain Age-it has several different 'brain' games like Sudoku and a feature that lets you talk to your DS.

i would suggest Metroid Prime Hunters, Mario Kart DS, Lost Magic, and Brain Age. all of them are fun. in Metroid Prime u can play with other bots in arenas or play the story mode which u beat bosses and battle other hunters to get octoliths that u need to get to the main and final boss. it is a lot of fun. in Mario kart u race with up to 12 characters (4 of u which u need to earn) and then try to do the Grand Prix and race in all 32 course but up to 64 if u beat all grandprix. In lost magic u r a guy that is magical and u have to draw symbols with the stylus and they mean different spells u can cast. it is my favorite game. and brain age i don't actually have but i have heard a lot about.
