A,Q,K,J,10 (royal flush) all of the same suit.

There is no greater suit.
e.g. In the very unlikely event that two players both have a royal flush in the same hand it is a tie. By the math, if you have this hand you can not lose- in theory you could be tied by three other players. I doubt this has ever happened or ever will.

Assuming you're not playing with wild cards, that would be the royal flush--Ace, King, Queen, Jack, 10 all of the same suit. If you're using wild cards, the best hand is five of a kind.
