I've bought a cute little Valentine's Day onesie for my daughter and a cute little "Happy First Valentine's Day" card. I really don't think there is much else to do for them.

You can buy her some stuffed animals,She may not know what is going on.I have a 5 mo. old & every holiday I treat with her as if she were 6.For valentines I just suggest buying some stuffed animals, she can always play with in the future. Also get a cute outfit for in red/pink for her to wear that day.

I had my daughter dressed up in a red outfit with hearts for her first Valentine's day last year. And we took her out to eat with us. She was only 4 months old, so just slept through dinner in her infant seat, but it was nice having her along.

a baby? any money you'd spend on the baby right now for v-day, but it in a bank account and let it build up on interest... that baby won't remember a little gift you gave it on v-day, it'd be a waste of money. starting a college fund will be a much better idea!
