Disney made an animated move loosely based on parts of each book. However, what book did they take the most information from? What name did they use and in that book who was the villain? The sword Taran was using did not truly get used until what Book? This last one is way off but how did Dallben get the book of three?

They took most of the info from The Book of Three and The Black Cauldron; The Book of Three is where they escaped from the castle with Eilonwy, etc, and the stuff with the cauldron obviously came from the other book.

The sword is from the last book, The HIgh King.

Dallben got the book of three from Orduu, Orwen, and Orgoch; he accidentally tasted a bit of a potion for wisdom, and since he had to leave, they let him choose between taking a sword, the book, or something else, and he choose the book.

1)Twas called "The Black Cauldron" after the second(?) book. That's also where they got a lot of stuff.

2)The villain turned out to be a general who said he wanted it for good but secretly was going to use it for evil.

3)The High King

4)I don't quite remember.

I read the series in fifth grade but my middle school's library does not have the series. So sad. (I read "The Castle of Lyre" 5 times in one day. It was an awesome series. :D)

Hmmm -
Dalben got 'The Book of Three' from the three fates who lived in the marsh - Orddu, Orwen and Orgoch. They also had the cauldron.
