YES!! THAT SOUNDS REALLY CUTE AND THAT IS TOTALLY APPROPRIATE FOR A BATMITSVAH! YOU MIGHT WANT TO CONSIDER SHORT HEELS. BUT JUST TO LET YOU KNOW ALL OF THE KIDS TAKE THEIR SHOES OFF ANYWAYS WHEN THEY GET TO THE PARTY. AND IF YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT THAT FOR A SERVICE THEN IT'S FINE BUT YOU WILL NEED SOMETHING TO COVER UP YOUR SHOULDERS LIKE A SWEATER OR WRAP. GOOD LUCK!!! HAVE FUN!!

if it is the actual ceremony you should probably wear a sweater over it (white would be good, or if the whole dress is black and white just wear any color except brown, grey and black) because it is disrespectful to show your shoulders. and maybedo without the diamond hairpiece for the ceremony. if it is for the after party and it is a semi-formal party that sounds good. and that dress sounds really cute. and wear the hairpiece . i would also suggest maybe wearing small heals and get a cute little black bag or a bag to match the bow...

Depends on how conservative the synagogue is. I would say yes, but you should wear a half sweater to be safe. Of course it's only appropriate if you're the mitvah.
