Reincarnating in even less desirable circumstances. Do charity work, not only will you feel good about helping others, but it will make you feel good. You can also put it on a resume.

Knowing that you can have everything exactly how you want it to be if you use the correct strategy is the only reason. People tend to run into a wall when it comes to relationships. What they often fail to understand is that they can find someone who is exactly like or even better than the one they are in love with. When that specific person drops out of the picture, they get depressed. The truth of the matter is that if they can envision or better yet describe on paper exactly what they want, height, weight, color hair, qualities of any kind, as many details as possible, it's a done deal. The only thing stopping them from receiving anything or anyone exactly of their description is negative emotion, such as sadness, frustration, jealousy, even doubt can often be overlooked. Since huge leaps are highly unlikely, one has to start somewhere and that somewhere only needs to be a place which feels slightly better than where they are. Maybe reading some of these answers will leave you in a slightly better place psychologically. It might be anger for example but anger will feel a lot better than hopelessness and therefore be useful. Once in that angry place or whatever feels better, try to move up the scale once again for a while. Trust your feelings. It could take a while or it could happen quickly depending on how much you work on it. For a health problem the same applies. Use of positive and intentional imagination can get you on top of the world in a hurry. Another hickup possible is that people will almost always not realize that thinking of what they don't want is the way to get exactly that because the message coupled with their energy will send out a strong invitation for exactly that and to make it worse, being in that very frame of mind will open the door to that manifestation.

Karma. Everything's going wrong, so eventually things will get better. Besides, if you commit suicide (no I am not gonna throw religion into this), you are being selfish. You never thought that perhaps there is someone who cares deeply for you and needs you to be there? You may not even be aware of how much people need you. Don't screw them over, and remember that life is a roller coaster, the highs happen just as often as the lows.

Hi Debs K,
The neat thing about life,is that "everything" can change, at the drop of a hat... In the hard times you just stay focused on : "good thoughts".. to get you through the day,who knows what tomorrow may bring.... :)
>>>>>>>>
Life is full of ups and downs, good days and bad days, swings and roundabouts...
It may not be going to good at the moment, but things will change soon enough.... You'll see....
>>>>>>>>>>
Try to think positive, think of the the good times, instead of the bad.. ones...
Remember, that you are unique, so.."live your life"...
You only have : "one" ... and it is worth it!;)
>>>>>>

I wish you all the luck, and happiness in the world......
But first : "Love yourself"... and you will see things differently, after a while... trust me on this one!
>>>>>>>>

Thanks, for the question!;)

My regards!

Take care!

The will to make something of those bad times should be a driving force behind persevering, this comminf from someone who hit rock bottom, lost his house, 2 cars , whose loved one has HIV and still found a way to climb back up, get a great job, get published, own a BMW and now starting his own business. Life is always going to have bad times and low moments, those that have the strength and courage to get up from these moments go on to become great in thweir own way, never give up...let death be the only method in which you cease to make a difference in life and even in that still make sure you have an impact, below is a piece from ym own work that should help you with some food for thought

Some of us live lives where we constantly are taking from others, leeching off the very essence of the good that flows from the hearts of those who give freely to those around them, while some live their lives in constant need; the need to have….the need to give…the need to feel needed…Some of our lives are mere extensions of other peoples dreams and aspirations, be it our will or not.

Many of us struggle and clamor about to find what out purpose is in life. Many try to define themselves in ways that best suit their current understanding of what purpose is…Be it to give freely to all those that come into our lives, Or to be the takers of the world, be it to be those that swindle and steal…the fact is, our purpose, or our so called reason for being is purely a reflection of our current mental state and is directly related to how we have been molded by our upbringing and environment.

Our purpose is what we make it to be. We choose our own reason for being, we define our own existence. Our actions, life experience and views of what we call life, all play into our own man made equation of purpose….each event adding its own variable in the formula that is set to give us the answer to what we constantly strive for. Ironically, no two answers will be the same due to the fact that no two people share the same mindset, beliefs or upbringing. We all have our own idea and interpretation of what our purpose should be. So remember, that each day we live, each breath we take is giving yield to the answer we seek….

Which is to live, just live. This is the purpose of our existence…to live our lives, experience what it has to give and go onto the next plane of existence when our time on this one is over.

Are you still alive? Well then. That is something is it not?

LIFE is for LIVING! There is bound to be something you could do in order to change things for the better.

Understand that YOU have the POWER to CHANGE anything within YOURSELF.

So.

Here is the only reason you need to continue living. YOU are STILL ALIVE.

That means there is at least some hope.

Savvy.

Because life can only get better. When you're at the bottom the only other way is up. You deserve better. Write out a list of things you want to experience, your dreams, and desires. Make those come true. Seeing your accomplishment will make you feel so much better.

because no matter what life throws at you end of day it is still life, you only ever get one, you only ever live it once.

Make the best of whatever situation you are in and keep in mind that if you give in now all you can hope to achieve is to be great worm food, if you continue who knows what fate/ life can reward you with.

I think Marty Kroft had the best statement to this effect.

"On the worst day of your life....Help somebody else. "

If people remembered this simple rule our grandparent's generation generally lived by, there'd be a lot less pain and suffering. If you measure the suffering, you'll find that you can't quantify it, but to help end the suffering outside of you, little by little, you'll find the world opening up to you.
