I can send a pass, need an email address or screen name (that hasn't had a pass on it yet) to send it to.

Pogo members can send you a guest pass. You can play pogo without a membership, but on limited game access. I'm not sure if Dice city is a member's only game or not. Otherwise, you'll have to purchase a membership to continue playing or get more guest passes.
