What are the ups and down of having sprint?

Our deal was 5 phones for free. 2 Year contract. $70 a month.

Where I live I have not experience any trouble with it. Even with 2-3 bars I still get pretty decent reception. Well enough to hear the other person.

So is Sprint good?

I love sprint, they always work with me when I have issues, and give me great deals on new phones and sometimes even discounts on my service because I am a loyal customer. I have never had a better cell phone company. In fact with all of the deals they gave me on my last phone in the end they ended up paying me 25 dollars to get a new phone that would have cost over 200 had it not been for all of the credits.

NOOOOOO!!!!! don't do it. I made that mistake and now i am paying out the nose for it. I have been with sprint for 6 years with 6 phones and this month one of their employees wanting to get a commission chose my line to add into another contract without my permission and now it is going to cost me to get out of a contract that i did not authorize and before this happened i had planned on staying with sprint but now i feel like if the way to keep their customers is to fraudulently enter them into contracts then maybe i need to go somewhere else, and if you were smart you would too

We had Sprint for a few years then switched to Cingular.
We like Cingular better! I have service in places with Cingular that I never could use my Sprint phones in.
The customer service with Cingular has been very good.

Yes it is updating, and quality service. Also there is a solid
technology team keeping it within the first reputation for phones.
I had a chance to buy some of the trade, and it has often been
my best team scoreing investment. I say it is getting stronger.
Top technology easily is verizon, and cingular is good too.

I personally think Sprint is the best cell phone carrier. I've been using it for 5 years now, with no problems.

It really depends on where you live, sprint isn't know for its great coverage or cust service but most places it works great. Phones unfortunately don't take sim cards so can't really change phones a on a daily basis.
