The bible speaks of a new heaven and a new earth. It says 'the elements shall melt with a fervent heat'. Is it possible that a 'fervent heat' was how these chemical elements were created in the first place ?

The bible is not a scientific text book. Depending on how you read it, the bible may actually claim that Heaven is hotter than Hell. Even if it doesn't, then it does say that Heaven really is very hot indeed at 525 degrees C. Yes, the elements were formed in the various fervent heats of the Big Bang, stars and supernovae.

Your question is nonsense because you are mixing Science and Faith. Science will not help you understand the Bible - to understand the Bible you need Faith - if you have questions, ask a Priest.
