Great movie, Jake and Elwood both are great, think that I do prefer Elwood. Love all the music and when they are in the western bar, it is funny when they sing Stand by your man, the best song is when the sing Rawhide, tho it is hard to choose just one. Enjoyed when they are driving through the mall

(wait, if the Tax collector was Speilberg, then who the heck did Frank Oz portray??)

LOVE this movie.
Favorite scene is here:
Elwood: You don't like it?
Jake: No I don't like it...
(then he floors the gas and jumps the drawbridge right then & there)
Jake: Car's got a lot of pickup.

Character - OMG, it HAS TO be Curtis... not so major a part, but to have Cab Calloway there gave them more credibility.

Song - "Rawhide" (LOL, yeah, not a blues song, but it was so damn funny!!!!)

It was hilarious. Hard to pick out a favourite scene. Though I did like it when Jake and Elwood were driving through the mall to the theme from the show Peter Gunn.
'We are on a mission from God.' was such a cool catch-phrase.

Yes I like that movie, my favorite part is when they are trying to pay the taxes and are waiting patiently outside while the dude is at lunch. Cracks me up. My favorite character would have to be the crazy x girlfriend at the end.

I love that movie! And my favorite scene is the "How much for your women" scene in the fancy restaurant. And when Carrie Fisher is reading the "rocket launcher manual". Classic!

Gal With Camera, Frank Oz was the prison gaurd at the beginning who gave Jake his personal effects.
