Practice, practice, practice. Watch a lot of dance movies and videos all different styles to learn technique. Take some lessons any style depending on how you what to dance. Dance in front of the mirror or film yourself so you can critique it. Always stretch first and often to help with flexibility and movement. Be more specific on what you are lacking.

Relax and dance like no one's watching. Dancing is a form of self expression. I think Martha Graham said it best; "No one cares if you can't dance well. Just get up and dance. Great dancers are not great because of their technique, they are great because of their passion."
