Yes, ABC fire extinguishing chemical is typically monoammonium phosphate which is a mild corrosive. Over time, this can pit the paint on a car.

If you get some on your car, simply make sure it get's sprayed off that day. Prefferably, run the car through a car wash. You shouldn't have any problems.
