There always seems to be a lot of what to wear questions on here and I always say the same thing...Wear what you want! Be you. Be your own style. Screw everone else! What you wear should always scream who you are. Be comfortable. Nothing is more important than that.

Classy. Sophisticated. Knits and little frills. Sweet and classy. Nothing too over the top. And never look desperate or conceited.
Nice white cotton shirt. (Soft, tender sort of color and casual frabric. You choose the style A little frill or a little short puff sleeve is very romantic.)
Dark denim. (Paired with a white cotton top, will give sort of a layed back, sweet sort of sexyness. Like summer in Tusacany)
Red suede flats. A very sophisticated pop of color. And nothing says "kiss me" like red. Then again, soft, deep red also gives the feeling of confidence. Plus! Flats are ultra comfortable!
For the hair. Wispy bun. Tumbling loose culrs. Or tight ones to. Nothing to uptight and high maintainace or clean. Very soft and sultry in a way.

A red dress but not blood red. Super bright colors dont look good on pale skin

Buy a red or black dress. Anything with a halter top is good. But judging by the cold weather America has been having lately she could get a cute sweater to go with it. If she can't find anything she likes, classic white with polk-a-dots or hearts are always good.

Well if it's warm wear you live. Then from american eagle (ae.com) Go to the aerie collection. The aerie signature t in white with the aerie sweet heart nightie in red paired with black stocking like leggings and red flats. With maybe a cute red head band, just part the hair at the side and sweep it over to the other side place the head band on and it'll look like you have side swept bangs. I think it says Valentine's day without over popularizing it and it's cute to wear on other occassions, but others may differ. I hope I helped.
