My sister who is 12, well, her birthday is coming up, and I don't have a clue what to get her!? (on a $25 budget) Please help me!

You can get her a book, nail polish, a CD of her favorite band. Ask her friends what she likes to give you a clue of gifts she may like better.

5:take her to lunch
6: gift certificate to rent movies
7: make your own gift basket with mini nail polish, lip gloss, etc., chocolate, candy. You could find most of the stuff at a dollar store.

my niece just turned eleven and she received a bunch of cd's. i am out of tune as to what type of music kids like these days (i feel old) so i just took her shopping and she chose two albums.
it all depends on what they like, my other niece who is 13 is into anime so i got her some mangas. you just have to know what she likes... and it is all under 25 bucks.
