Takuchi Naoko
She is the manga-ka of Sailor Moon. She has a beautiful manga style, everything is soft, and pretty, but include such detail that you can get lost staring at it. Sailor Moon was the first anime I got into, and I compare everything to it.

because who wouldn't want to apprentice under CLAMP!? The creators of X, Wish, Chobits, Card Captor Sakura... the list just goes on and on and on. (as well that it is around 4 or so people)

Hisaya Nakajo because Hana-Kimi is my favorite manga. Her artwork is really neat.
