why is it when bands get old people say there crap like Simple Plan and Good Charlotte?
There not bad there good but like look at billy talent he makes me want 2 shove a screwdriver in my ear....

because people are stupid (i've done research) and try to be 'cool' by only liking new music.
i listen to Robert Johnson, and he's not bad (he's also been dead since maybe the 20s or 30s)

Who says simple plan is crap? Who the hell ever told you good charlotte was good? Bottom line is ignore what people say like what you like and give them the finger. Your ears and your tastes are your own and never let anyone tell you different. By the way I happen to like some of billy talents songs.

it's not so much that a band is ever good, it's that when a band is popular at the time, people say it's great and then people eventually stop following the hype of it
so it may seem that a great band suddenly sucks, when it's really that a sucky band was once thought to be great

they go out and buy the CD and listen to it every day for a year and just get sick of it and call it crap for the rest of their lives.
and by the way i love good charlotte... maybe not simple plan but good charlotte.

I disagree that they're bad now. Look at Aerosmith, the Rolling Stones, Motley Crue for starters.

simple plan and good charlotte aren't old they just faded out. the rolling stones are old and they are still good
