Every place has its good and bad people. But in my experience:
-Orlando
-Any east coast city (from and including Virginia northward)
Although I've never been to these places, I've heard that LA, San Diego, Phoenix, Detroit, and Miami are choc-full of them. Most of the people I've met from Chicago have been a**es. And while I LOVE Texas, I've heard that Dallas is a hellish pit in an otherwise great state.

Baghdad, or any city Iraq. I am sure there are many good people there. Granted U.S. troops shouldn't be there but they are only doing what they are told to do by the government. So I vote for any Iraqi city that someone by the name of "insurgent" resides.
