Egypt's Eighteenth Dynasty - *1540BC to *1307BC. The 18th Dynasty starts off no longer with the accession of a sparkling royal relatives to the throne, yet with the reign of Ahmose (*1540 - *1515), a brother or nephew of his predecessor Kamose, who's counted by using fact the final king of the previous dynasty.
