I assume you haven't had these fish for more than a day or so. Give it some time, a healthy fish can go days without eating so that's not a concern. It may just be more stressed from the move than the others and will take longer to settle in. If it's been longer, or if the behavior continues you have a more serious problem with that fish and other symptoms will be apparent by that point.

it will probably eat when it gets hungry and comfortable with its new home. if they are just a few hours new, you should wait a little while for that one guppy to get used to the tank, then try feeding him. in my tank i have NEVER had any luck with guppys, they always died in a day or two and i had no idea why, i got a refund for them though because they tested my water and it was like perfect

Plan a guppy funeral unless he recovers. Guppies are the most resilient of fish. If the weak guppy can't adjust, no fish had a chance.
