i was thinking about taking up drums, but when i played her drums at my friends house i cant really make a beat or anything. i found it hard to tap the highhat with the bass, the cymbals with the snare....on and on and on.

i dont naturally have to have the ability do i? i think i do have beat and rhythm, its just hard to put it down on the drums...should i try drums? im really skeptical right now:[

I played many years ago, and had a lot of fun. It takes time and practice, as you are coordinating two hands and two feet to do one task. Work on it slowly, so that it becomes a natural movement, and you will get it.
